STELLAR HSE Lite enables workers and supervisors to report hazards and incidents directly from their mobile devices.
It works both online and offline. It leads users through a series of simple questions, drop downs, checklists and text fields to capture essential details about the hazard or incident being reported. The user-friendly design makes it easy for workers to fill in a report and add photos. For open text areas, they can also use a dictation tool instead of typing.
Once completed, a report is held offline until the device finds a WiFi or cell connection. Then it’s automatically submitted to STELLAR HSE, triggering notifications and updating data tables, statistics and charts. From there, your managers supervisors and other STELLAR HSE users can access, update and monitor the reports.

Using our simple online form, your IT specialist can define the integration, map fields and submit the SSO request.
Once it’s approved, relevant employee data from your side is integrated into STELLAR HSE for the creation and management of user accounts, as well as the maintenance of the data for use in our digital forms and features.
